Deep Immersion with The Sacred Wood

Hailing from equatorial Africa, Iboga is a powerful and transformative medicinal plant capable of healing many aspects of the human condition. Taken from the root of the Tabernanthe Iboga shrub, this potent psychedelic can clean our mind, body and spirit. It is a compassionate medicine that accesses our programming and ancestral patterns taking us down into the root of who we are and supporting the process of deeper self-awareness.

Iboga Retreats & Private Immersions Since 2017 I have supported hundreds of people on their path of self-discovery and transformation through this medicine and other modalities. Many arrived after years of deep inner work- therapy, meditation, plant medicines, spiritual practices- yet still found themselves repeating the same patterns despite their best efforts.

Iboga has proven to be one of the most powerful tools I’ve witnessed for creating real breaks in those loops. A single session can deliver profound clarity, energetic releases, and a new level of awareness that is difficult to reach through other modalities alone. At the same time, it is not a magic pill. The depth and longevity of the transformation depend entirely on the quality of preparation beforehand and the integration work that follows.

Preparation We begin with multiple coaching sessions before you arrive. This phase is essential. We identify the specific patterns, beliefs, and nervous system habits you’re ready to shift. We calm and regulate your system so you can meet the medicine from a calmer place rather than overwhelm. Good preparation helps you feel safe, clear, and focused- which dramatically improves what you receive during the immersion.

The Medicine Work I hold the space drawing from my initiation in the Bwiti tradition of Gabon, along with sacred ceremonial elements I’ve been taught. I also bring my own intuition and the lessons from my personal life and years of training directly under the guidance of the medicine. The focus is always on safety, attunement, and creating the conditions for you to receive exactly what is needed for your next level of growth. People commonly experience significant emotional and energetic releases, fresh perspective on long-standing issues, and a renewed sense of agency in their body and mind.

Integration This is where lasting change is built. After the retreat we continue with structured coaching to turn the insights, releases, and new awareness into practical, embodied shifts. We translate what came through into daily practices, nervous system regulation tools, mindset frameworks, and clear next steps. Over the years I’ve seen that without strong integration, even the most powerful experiences can fade and old patterns can return. With consistent support, people integrate the medicine into real life — relationships, work, boundaries, self-trust, and decision-making — so the transformation becomes who they are, not just something they experienced.

Who This Is For This work is best suited for people who have already done inner exploration and sense they are ready for a deeper level of root-cause work. It requires commitment to the full process- preparation, the immersion itself, and dedicated integration afterward. If you’re carrying patterns you “know better than” but still can’t seem to shift, and you’re willing to do the work to make the change stick, this container is designed to support exactly that.

I approach this work with deep respect for the medicine and each individual’s unique journey. My role is to create a safe, grounded and compassionate space where real transformation can take root.

One of the most special aspects of the way that I was taught by Iboga to guide people is my approach to a psycho-therapeutic guided journey. During the ceremony after the participant has deeply entered the medicine space, I will open the space for a guided experience.

This process can include a reconnection to the soul, a life review, inner child healing/reclamation, visiting with loved ones or ancestors (either living or passed) and physical healing. I use a trauma informed approach and each part of this is optional based on each person’s level of comfort to dive into themselves.

Though an incredibly powerful process, the medicine is still getting very deep even if the guidance is not desired.

I offer one on one or small group experiences for seekers who are a good fit for working with this medicine and the complimentary and integrative modalities I work with. These retreats are by appointment only and are realized where this medicine is accepted and not criminalized.
